Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Dairy free Pumpkin Cream cold brew. Yes please!

You can use espresso or cold brew for this recipe. The cold foam is the star of the show. I will also add I am dairy free. So all recipes will more than likely always be labeled DF. Unless my exposure therapy continues to work and I can go a full meal of mac and cheese without feeling sick. Back to coffee…

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

2 tbsp milk of choice (I use cashew or soy)

2 tbsp cream of choice

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Froth all ingredients together for 30-45 seconds. You can blend or froth the ingredients. The goal is to whip them creating a light  foamy like texture.

Prepare your glass with ice and cold brew or a triple espresso. Pour on top your cold foam. Top with more cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Next up is a pumpkin pie syrup.
